★This is an integrated equipment for flux recovery and transportation. It is applicable for welding manipulator and all kinds of difficult cross-submerged arc welding equipment. It adopts imported fans to make recovery; it connects with external pressure plastic gas source (0.6Mpa) to feeding; it has level detection, the upper and lower double-valve switching, high-density film filter dust and according to the different needs of welding to replace with different fluxes. The whole action is controlled by the PLC, it will make automatic completion of the recycling flux and can also control recovery, conveying and cutting by an external wired remote control. The effective flux recovery rate is of 95%.
★We can add drying insulation system according to the demands (silica gel or electric heating). It is applicable in damp ocean engineering.
★The device saves time and materials, save efforts, efficient and environmental protection; it can be widely used in recovery and transmission of welding flux in domestic nuclear power, wind power, boiler, pipe and other cylinders. It can realize the recovery of flux in the smallest cylinder of 300MM.
