| LT-HS100F Flux Recovery & Transmitting Machine | | | 
★It is applicable for a variety of operating machines. It can be hung on operating arm or placed on the base of manipulator. Relying on external 2-way 0.6Mpa 0.8m 3 / min flow rate of concentrated air, it can achieve the recycled application of welding flux recovery. LT-FP10 pneumatic flux recovery unit which is suspended on the machine head can realize flux recovery and feeding. The tail suspends LT-HS100F which can conduct operation for removal and feeding of dusts. Inside the machine there is a material level control system, it will make automatic alarms when flux is low, at this time we need to add flux inside the machine F.
★The device is environmental-friendly equipment; the dust which is generated by welding is completely filtered. The exhaust air is pure and standard. We only need to periodically open the valve at bottom to dismiss dusts. We can add drying insulation system according to the demands (silica gel or electric heating).
